I'm one of those omnivore types, and AC is a pretty consistent market for whatever's on my mind to write. What Luke said is also a big plus - the riffing off of other content is a blast. My girlfriend is disabled, she discovered AC and turned me on to it, and we sit at our computers and write and exchange ideas.
