Now the tools are so simple to use, that literally anyone can be &#039;a journalist,&#039; and that includes full audio-visual, digital technology. It&#039;s also instantaneous and potentially global in reach. There is no filter or weeding-out process.
Professionally trained reporters, with or without certain basic ethical principles, will have to compete in that environment.]]></description>
