I am the technology training editor at the St. Petersburg Times, St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. My B.A. degree in journalism is from Michigan State, 1978. Go Spartans! My M.A. degree in mass communication is from the University of South Florida Tampa campus, 1989. Go Bulls! I've been a reporter, layout editor, managing editor, photojournalist and news researcher.

I am also an adjunct professor in the Journalism and Mass Communication Department at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. I teach beginning reporting, research methods, multimedia/convergence, news design, web publishing and news editing.
