Amos Gelb has produced virtually every type of television news programming over a two decade career for such outlets as CNN, ABC News Nightline, the Discovery Times Channel, the History Channel, and National Geographic Television.

He is an Assistant Professor at American University in Washington, D.C. where he researches and teaches about the changing face of journalism as director of the Washington Semester Journalism program.

He holds a BA from Harvard, and an MBA from the American Univeristy's Kogod School of Business and consults for groups such as the World Bank and non-profit organizations on dealing with the media.
