Join the new OJR group on FacebookWe've started a new group for OJR readers on the popular social networking site.
Posted: 2007-05-28
There's no article today, due to the Memorial Day holiday in the United States. But I would like to take this opportunity to let you know about our new OJR group on Facebook:
http://usc.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2351478831 For those of you not familiar with it, Facebook is a social networking website that got started serving college students. It's open to anyone now, but since OJR is housed at the University of Southern California and I know many OJR friends have Facebook accounts, I picked Facebook for our first social networking home. I am open to starting OJR groups on other social networks, such as LinkedIn, if there is demand. We can use these groups to communicate directly with other readers, to post announcements as well as just to see who else is reading OJR. Please stop by and sign up when you have a moment. Or use the comments below to let me know about other social networks where you'd like to see us start an OJR group. Thanks, and have a great day, Links to this article: Google Blog Search, Technorati, Yahoo Comments:This article has been archived and is no longer accepting comments. |
